'Microsoft Outlook cannot sign or encrypt tthis message because there are no certificates which can be used to send from the email address [' Either get a new digital ID to use with this account, or use the Accounts button to send the message using a account that you have certificates for. However, whenever I try with a mail merge, I get the following error: I can individual encrypted emails using the 'encrypt' button in Outlook no problem, and can also use the 'Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages' setting in the Trust Center. These emails contain sensitive information and need to be encrypted. I'm working on a project that requires me to send a mail merge email out to ~1.5k users. Would be super grateful if anyone could help offer a solution, as I feel like I've done all the troubleshooting and research imaginable and can't figure it out.
